My experience is that there isn’t a retail business that doesn’t have opportunities to improve its cross-functional integration and the way that it collaboratively manages the delivery down into its stores.
The complexity of modern retail with widening international store portfolios, a mixture of owned and franchise stores, more levels of store grading and clusters by demographic & catchment makes the product, space and visual operations more important than ever.
